Why are they responsible?
Okay, Woman buys watch. (Rolex) Woman wears watch. Woman gets rash from sticker on the bottom of watch she was supposed to remove BEFORE she bagan wearing the watch. Result, it is apparently Rolex's fault for not letting her know that the sticker should have been removed.
